A Maine native, Adam is a cancer survivor and former Make-A-Wish recipient. After beating a rare form of cancer called Synovial Cell Sarcoma when he was 17-18, Adam was awarded a trip to ski at Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe, CA with the late free-sking pioneer Shane McConkey.
After a taste of the West Coast mountains, he followed his passion for skiing to work at Squaw Valley. After that, Adam helped form a 501.c.3 nonprofit from the ground up called the High Fives Foundation (which supports the dreams of outdoor action sports athletes by raising injury prevention awareness while providing resources and inspiration to those who suffer life-altering injuries).
With over a decade of experience in non-profits, marketing, management, writing and media fields from coast-to-coast, Adam is always learning, constantly looking to open doors and set benchmarks relevant to marketing and philanthropy.
